Ozzy has more than five years of experience in the tax credits and incentives industry and has supported hundreds of R&D tax credit studies for companies ranging from startups to large multinational organizations. His experience spans manufacturing, energy, software, technology, and other innovation-driven sectors.

Prior to entering the tax incentives industry, Ozzy worked in process engineering, where he gained firsthand experience with manufacturing operations, process optimization, and technical problem solving. His engineering background allows him to effectively collaborate with technical personnel while translating complex projects into supportable tax credit positions.
