Kevin serves as the VP of Tax Incentives and Associate General Counsel for Royse Partners. He has nearly a decade of extensive experience in corporate tax incentives, working alongside company executives, CPAs, engineers, and lawyers to assist in both identifying and capturing the maximum federal and state incentives at both the business entity and shareholder levels. As such, Kevin has personally overseen $300 million in the delivery and substantiation of corporate tax incentives across numerous industries, including engineering, agriculture, architecture, software, and more.
In addition, Kevin serves as a key resource to assist start-up businesses to ensure regulatory compliance, contractual structures and guidance, and strategic business advisement. Education
Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in both Philosophy and Sociology from New Mexico State University, where he was recognized as an outstanding graduate of his class. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.
Personal
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golf, paintball, traveling, and DJing on TouchTunes. He is also an avid long-distance runner and has completed over 15 marathons and half marathons.
