Evelyn Solano serves as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Royse Partners, where she works closely with executive leadership across strategic operations, business development, relationship management, and key company initiatives. She joined Royse Partners as Executive Assistant to the Vice President and, after nine months with the firm, was promoted to Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO.

She has several years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments and is known for staying ahead of priorities, keeping projects moving, and bringing structure to complex work.

Before joining Royse Partners, Evelyn served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Aneden Consulting. Prior to that, she worked at alliantgroup, where she supported the Director and Assistant Directors within the Section 179D tax deduction practice. In these roles, she coordinated across leadership, managed competing priorities, supported special projects and events, and helped keep key client and business initiatives moving forward.

Earlier in her career, Evelyn worked as a Logistics and Production Manager, which gave her a strong foundation in operations, problem-solving, and managing multiple workstreams in deadline-driven environments.

At Royse Partners, Evelyn supports the CEO and leadership team with executive priorities, business development efforts, internal and external relationships, events, and cross-functional projects. She is especially strong at anticipating needs, connecting the right people, creating organization around moving pieces, and making sure important initiatives do not lose momentum.
